Mixed Bag Details Collection
The details in this BA + collection have been requested by more than one fan. With this set you can create buildings in the "Federalist style" or for an older look choose the "Baroque style". Hedges, rosebushes and a few topiaries that you might recognize from that other little game developed by Maxis are now available for the Building Architect Plus. All your gardens, palatial estates and green spaces will be the focal point of any city when you include these props.

Downloading Props and Details
You will need to double-click the self-extracting zip file to the following game directory:

\\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps\BACustom\Props.

or

\\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps\BACustom\Details.

To do so, simply download the Props or Details file to your desktop and double-click on it.

Once you have the prop files extracted in the appropriate directory they will be available to you in the Building Architect Plus. To find them, go to the prop placement tool in the Building Architect Plus tool and choose the "custom props" directory. Now you are ready to use them in your next building creation.
